Dil men dard ki dua – Qurani Duayen
Aksar oqaat aisa hota hai ke hum bohot preshan hote hen or
phir Dil men dard ki Dua google per ja kar search karte hen or phir google
bohot ziada Dil ke dard ki Duayen show karta hai lekin wo aksar ghalat hen or
logo ne apni traf se bna kar likhi hen.
Many times it happens that we are very worried and then we
go to Google and search for heart pain prayers, and then Google shows many
heart pain prayers, but they are often wrong because these prayers are not authentic
by the Islamic teaches.
Dil men dard or Ghabrahat ki Dua
But Allah Subhanahu wa taala told us the method to get rid
of heart pain by doing Zikar of God. In the holy Quran Allah Subhanahu wa taala
says:
اَلَا بِذِكْرِ اللّـٰهِ تَطْمَئِنُّ
الْقُلُوْبُ
ترجمہ: خبردار! اللہ کی یاد ہی سے دل تسکین
پاتے ہیں
Translation: Unquestionably,
by the remembrance of Allah hearts are assured.
So hum ne is Ayat ki
tilawat ki or is ki translation parhne ke bad pata chala ke Dil ke dard ki dua
search karne ke bajaye Allah ke zikar ki traf dil ko lagayen kiyon ke Allah
Subhanahu wa taala kehte hen ke Dilon ka sukoon sirf mere zikar men hai.
SubhanAllah
So, we have recited this
verse and after reading its translation, we found out that instead of looking
for a prayer for the pain of the heart, turn your heart to the remembrance of
Allah, because Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala says that peace of hearts is only in
the remembrance of Me. Al-Qur’an
Incorporating Prayer into Daily Life
Praying five times a day is very good way to connect with
Allah Subhanahu wa taala. Because prayer (Namaz) is called Zikar of Allah
Subhanahu wa taala.

How to maintain consistency in prayer practice?
Praying five times a day
teaches us the best consistency. When we know that by not praying, a Muslim is
excluded from the religion of Islam, then he will certainly pray. And those who
make it a habit of prayer, they are engaged in the remembrance of Allah and
their hearts are at peace. In sha Allah
