Jism Men Dard Ki Dua – Qurani Duayen

Agar insan ke jism ke kisi men dard ho to wo bohot bechain ho jata hai. Wo sukoon se let bhi nahi sakta or kisi se bat bhi nahi kar sakta.

If a person has pain in any part of his body, he becomes very restless. He cannot even lie down comfortably and cannot even talk to anyone.

But reading Jism men dard ki duaJism men dard ki dua can reduce this body pain.

Uthman bin Abu al-'As Al-Thaqafi RadiyAllahu Anhu (رضی اللہ عنہ) reported that he made a complaint of pain in the part of the body to Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him) Thereupon Allah's Messenger (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) said:

Place your hand at the place where you feel the pain in your body and say BISMILLAH (in the name of ALLAH) three times and seven times:

أَعُوذُ بِعِزَّةِ اللّٰهِ وَقُدْرَتِهِ مِن شَرِّ مَا أَجِدُ وَأُحاذِرُ

Translation: I seek refuge with ALLAH and with His Power from the evil that I find and that I fear.

[Sahih Muslim - Hadith 5462]

Urdu Translation: Hazrat Uthman bin Abu al-'Aas RadiyAllahu Anhu ne RasoolAllah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallamse Apne Jism ke kisi hissay mein dard ki Shikayat ki, RasoolAllah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne un se Irshad Farmaya:

"Apne Jism ki Dard wali jagah par hath rakh kar 3 bar BISMILLAH parho phir 7 Martaba ye Dua parh lo:

أَعُوذُ بِعِزَّةِ اللّٰهِ وَقُدْرَتِهِ مِن شَرِّ مَا أَجِدُ وَأُحاذِرُ

Tarjumah: Main ALLAH ke jalal aur us ki Qudrat ki Panah mangta hun is Bimari ke shar se jo Mujhe is waqt lahaq hai aur Jis (bimari) ke Aayinda hone ka Khadsha hai.
